What Offbeat is About?
It's about real conversations. A place where your story, identity, and quirks are heard and celebrated. Counseling is rooted in creativity, curiosity, and respect. No judgment, just real human connection & understanding.

You Might Be Here Because...

You’re burnt out from overthinking everything, replaying conversations, planning for every possible outcome and in survival mode.

You feel disconnected, weighed down, irritable, exhausted trying to get through the day without completely checking out.
Something happened, something changed, or everything piled up at once. You’re overwhelmed, unsure what to do next.

You’re tired of shrinking yourself to make others comfortable, masking and want a place where you can show up completely as yourself.

How Counseling Can Help...
Here, counseling is about getting to know yourself on a deeper level, discussing what truly matters to you, recognizing unhelpful patterns, and letting go of beliefs that no longer serve you. The goal is to help you become more present day-to-day to do the things you enjoy and create meaningful changes toward the life you want to live.

Identity Matters Here
Everyone's story is shaped by their unique experiences, culture, beliefs, values, worldview, the families they grew up in, and communities they are a part of. Counseling should be a place where those experiences are acknowledged and respected, not overlooked. With curiosity, we can explore how your background has shaped who you are. For those whose experiences overlap into multiple identities, identity can feel complex or fluid. This practice embraces intersectionality, acknowledging that our identities do not exist in isolation but influence and inform one another.
